  • When you are happy with your design, click the download button in the top right-hand corner. You can choose from 3 file formats—PDF, JPEG or PNG.

PDF: The recommended format as it’s the highest quality. You can export the file with trim marks and bleed* if the professional printer has requested those settings. If you are printing at home, you can save paper, which will lay out as many designs as possible on one sheet.

JPEG: Online printers can sometimes request JPEG files. Make sure you use the 300dpi option. Depending on the printer's requirements, you can save the design with or without bleed.

PNG: The PNG option is used if you want to send your invitation digitally.

*Bleed is printing that goes beyond the edge of where the sheet will be trimmed, so the bleed is the area to be trimmed off.
